Poor service!

Hi, We have fallen behind in our mortgage payments for a couple of months due to illness. They sent us a financial info form that we filled out and have been trying to fax in to them for several days. None of the fax numbers seem to be any good. Please help us smb. We have the supporting docs to our situation and would like to do a loan modification. We go into foreclosure after 8/15. C775a.
