Rip Off, Scam, Fraudulent, Not Free

As a user of CreditReport.com, I must say I was very unhappy. Their practices can be considered fraudulent and extremely deceptive. This is personal experience from this unorganized and user-UNfriendly service. I wanted to see my credit score. They offered a free credit score. I thought this was great. Unfortunately they forgot to disclose to me that I would be charged $12.95 per month for credit monitoring. They have the word free in big letters, written all over their website. However, do not be deceived. They apparently give you a 30 day free service for credit monitoring, which they write in VERY VERY small print. I received my creidt score on June 1st. On July 1st, (31 days after my credit score), I was charged on my credit card for their apparent credit monitoring. I was never notified of a bill or receipt until I got my credit card statement!

I called up their horrible customer service and they told me I was not entitled to a refund because I used 24 hours of their service. So apparently, that warrants a $12.95 charge. They would not have told me they were charging me unless I checked my credit card bills. I spoke to three customer supervisors who were unintelligent and slightly moronic (for lack of better words).

The bottom line is DO NOT USE www.creditreport.com. You will REGRET using their awful services. It really is NOT A free credit score you are getting. You are getting charged $12.95 and you are going to be hasseled. It really is NOT worth your time. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I also told my Credit Card Company to cancel their false charge on my credit card.
