Overdraft fees they caused but wouldnt correct

I visited the branch to deposite money and order checks. While at the "greeter station" i asked the girl to order checks for me. She explained that i could have temp checks made instead of having them ordered. I thought it was great i was dead wrong!!!
The girl printed them off my savings acc. That said you can not pay with a check drawn off your savings acc at navy fed. I made an online payment to my credit card, insurance, and i paid a lady to cut my hair with one as well. All three bounced and i was charged a late payment on my credit card and the lady was very upset with me as she thought i was trying to scam her.
I was so embarrassed. After calling navy fed to explain what happened they would only credit my acc one overdraft fee and called it negilegence on my part for not responding in a timely matter. As i made the payments almost three weeks after i had called. I recieved letters in the mails reguarding the problem.
I brought the papers to the bank to prove what had happened. After the inccident i spoke with a friend of mine that worked at a navy fed in another state she explained that it is the supervisors call and they prob didnt want to fefund the acc because it refects on their branch
nice uh? Their mistake and they cant live up to it eh
i ended uo having to pay my credit card co the late payment and i owed navy fed $100 in over draft fees
