Ripping off customers with the checking accounts

I recently have been having a problem with my bank of America account. First of all keep the change is a hot mess. You think your balance is one thing, and you look up and keep the change has stolen some of your money from your checking account and added it to your savings account.

Then I called the 800 number today and I talked to a representative named Christine.
What she informed me was that they switch your debits around after youve made your purchases and then post them to their convince so they can charge you fees.

So even if you get a inquiry at the atm or online, they dont even post them in the same order so they can say you didnt have enough money for them and charge you fees. You Will think everything is good but keep the change is going to steal half your money and they the bank switches the posting out of sequence to take the other half.

The operator on the phone is the one who told me the bank is going this, and she admitted it wasnt right and unfair. Then she told me the accounts are on a two day delay and they dont even include transaction holds.

I only had this bank acct for just 30 days and only had a few transactions and ended up paying almost 300.0 in over draft fees and the worst part is I had the money in the account. They way they posted the transactions threw everything off track, and they knew this. This bank is terrible and I want wait for the next business day to cancel it and tell them to kiss my grits
