Refused to honor the promise to refund money if you feel after hearing the CD that what they have to offer is not for you

I purchased a CD that was to tell me how to become Debt free. It was hype and only gave a few simple things to do at the very end of a long CD that anyone would know, like pay your bills on time to avoid late fees. Get the best deals you can by calling the credit companys and pay the debt with the hightest monthly min. Payment by increasing it as much as possible till it is paid off. Then adding that amount to your next bill.

We have all heard it. Save your 45.00. Then you are to get a free consultation for your money to personalize the system, well this is were the harassment began. The CD states they are very busy and for you to call them at your connivence. They state they are not selling anything but just want to help "connect" you with resources to help you become dept free and weathy. The guy would not leave me alone. He called and called and called me at home at all hours.

This was a busy time for me going to doctors and things and finally I gave him some information and told him very clearly that I would call him back when I had the time to sit down and pull everything together. He wanted both my husband and I on the phone at the same time and said it would take at least a hour. A clue right there he was selling something... Anyway, again I told him I would call him back after I had all the information he was needing and I could arrange a time that both of us could be together. Still he called us again twice.

My husband answered and told him to stop calling that I would call him when I had time. Finally, he caught me just coming in from the doctor's and I just had it with him and told him that I found his persistant attitute very annoying and asked him at this point just what was he selling? He then replied to me that He obviously cared more about my family and my money than I did. Well, I lost it. How dare he to assume that! I told him to send my money back within 5 business days.

Of course I have not seen a penny. My receipt is dated 4-30-08. I dont know what this guy is selling folks but to tell me that he cares more about my family than I do and try to intimidate and gult me into whatever it is. BEWARE Oh, and also claims to be a Christain... Scary
