Following their instructions in filing and payments discovered in 2008 that the company would not return either emails or phone calls to question status of filing past due tax returns. Paid $6,800 as a retainer plus monthly $65 charge for this company to handle all of the paperwork in conjunction with the IRS. The only service received was the forwarded paperwork to filing quarterly taxes which were done by me. Left numerous messages for my case worker and calls were never returned.
