I made a payment in April the company claimed they never recieved the payment and did not call me about it until the end of May. I had made the payment check by phone, my bank send me a cancelled check. They told me I had to go through the "dispute department" but you can only talk to them through fax, no phone # nothing. You try and talk to someone and they have no idea about what is going on.

Each person you talk to transfers you to the collection department. They are now foreclosing on my home. I have sent a ton of faxes (22 to be precise) In the mean time the late charges are adding up each month because they have not posted the payment. The stress is unreal. No one will help you they have no idea about what is going on! I have contacted an attourney because I cant refinance without having to pay them there money! It is unreal! You can not rip people off! No wonder they changed there name! There should be a way to stop this company from taking advantage of you, if it was a car I wouldnt be as concerned but this is my familys home!
