FAIRBANKS CAPITOL STEALING PEOPLES HOMES victimized many consumers

This company is ripping off many customers and I am one of them.

My mortgage company turned us over to faibanks capitol, for a late payment. Needless to say Fairbanks put in in a foreclose, forebarence program, in Jan. Of 2001. I payed them $3000.00 to cover the amount they stated I owed them, with a extra $300.00 per month added for legal fees (which were never turned into a attorney by the way)

The total bill was to be paid up by July. I sent my payments to the company but they were always appield to my account late, due to them telling me they were paid late, even though I show I mailed them in plenty of time. So I wised up and started sending my payemnts Federal Express, so I could track them.

I have payemnts that they received, have never been returned to the banks, but they stated they have no idea where they are, though I have the proof they were signed for.

Well here we are again, 2 years later still fighting them and now they want all the money $6000.00 up front for late fees, inspection fees (what these are for I have no idea) attorney fees, but it has not been turned over to an attorney per 1 of their customer service reps.
They are telling me they refuse any payment I wil send them and have send them.

When I try to talk to someone I get thrown around to several differednt people who tell me I have to talk to 1 person, who is never there.
