Unethical, wants to ruin your credit!

Empire Carpets offer 12 months same as cash through GE Money Bank - El Paso Tx.

In the 12 months to follow I never received a bill! When the 12 months were complete I started receiving collection calls. They stated they had my address wrong and that is why I never received a statement. Odd thing is they could have called me to get the address since they obviously had my phone number to call me and start the harrassing phone calls to collect a debt.

Two months ago I thought I had this cleared up I received one statement in the mail and made a payment, I thought I had it all corrected and now the harrassing phone calls again. I feel they do this intentionally to eventually turn the account over to a credit collection to get payment in full. I struggle to keep my head above water and they are unethical, very poor business management! I can't find the "big guy" and they can do what ever they want they hold all the cards.

I am not trying to get out of this debt, I do owe them, but they need to run thier buisiness as they had advertised in the first place! Had I known this was the shady business I would have never singed up for this!
