Ex-Employee Alleges Promotion Discrimination Over Sick Leave Use

As an ex-employee of Citigroup, I feel that I was discriminated against for job promotions. I feel that their labor practices are unfair, because the amount of sick time you use, even if it is within your contracted allowance, is a factor in giving you raises or promotions. Your contract states the amount of sick time you have per year, yet when you use your sick time, you are harassed, reprimanded, and sometimes dismissed.

Now they are bringing in people from India and sending our mortgages out of the country to be processed. For the "American dream of home ownership," I guess this is a snowball effect of "Enron" by sending more money and work out of the USA, and leaving more Americans unemployed.
