Is making MY life hell, too! Help!

I hope every single politician in the country who thought it was a good idea to give CitiGroup billions and billions of dollars in TARP funds reads this website. Most of all, I wish I could get President Obama to read this. I want him to see my post and all the other horror stories about CitiMortgage.

Count me in as one more person who just can't seem to get anywhere with CitiMortgage. As I write this, I've been on hold for over 45 minutes. Once again, after repeated requests to CitiMortgage to please not call me during my show (I'm a radio disc jockey), Michael (CitiMortgage i.D.#17565) called to "discuss my account." I reminded him that I've applied for the Homeowner Assistance Program, but am still waiting to hear from them. Michael mumbled something about finding out what the status of my application was and asked me to please hold while he got that information. Like I said, that was 45.. Well, now actually 50 minutes ago and I'm still on hold waiting! (Yeah, I know... I might as well hang up because I'm not going to be getting any help.)

Could someone please explain to me why CitiMortgage can continually threaten and harrass me about being behind on my mortgage payments, but if I want to discuss getting help, well... Good f*king luck, right? That supposed Homeowners Assistance Program is just a big load of crap. Honestly, I seriously doubt that it exists. I think CitiGroup figured if they put it on the website, it would look good... Keep the feds off their back. I'd bet anything that not one single homeowner who has a CitiMortgage loan has even been assisted!

I'm not going to write about the events and situations that that got me behind; we all have our stories to tell and I truly believe that they're all legitimate. I just want to tell everyone else whose lives have been made hell by CitiMortgage that I'm right there with ya... And, like you, I just don't know what to do anymore!
