They're horrible

Please never open an account at US Bank! They are the worse financial institute out there. I was an account holder for 6 years and on day one of opening my account they screwed up. To research their mistake they charged me a $13 researching fee, and if you ever call in to the 800. Usbanks number their customer service reps have attitude and are not willing to assist. I also had a loan with them that I paid off two years in advance and then they come back on me and said I didn't pay it off. When I closed out my account I was misinformed by the Customer Service Rep. And a Senior Account Specialist took the call to close my account. After six years I didn't even get a - "why are you closing your account, thank you for doing business with us." In conclusion, US Bank doesn't appreciate your business you are just a number to them. Plus they have horrible business practices and their customer service reps. Have major attitude. Good riddance US Bank.
