This Bank is terrible! I would not recomend this bank to my enemy. When you call customer service number 303 585 8585 they are very rude, nasty and even laugh with your account. A guy named jeremiah i think he was one of the managers, is horrible, rude, mean.
I don't know what kind of a customer service training these people had but from my experience they know nothing about it! I will be closing this accoount in 2 days. Also all my friends who have Us Bank will close their accounts soon! Do not open a US Bank account!
