Forbearance Contract Settled in Full but Records Never Updated

My home owners loan was sold to this company I had trouble making the payments and was put into a forbearance contract. I have since setlle that contract in full in november. My records of being under that forbearance contract have not been updated and after numerous attempts to have this situtation resolved I have yet to get a return phone call and my monthly statements still reflect that I am still under this contract.
