I loaned $2600. Start pay was june 06 of 216.34/mo. From june 06 thru august 07 (1 missed payment) total of 14 payments equivalent to $3028.76

Now they want me to sign another contract for the deferrment (1 month late which i have been requesting since sept 06.

On the contract it states there 42 monthly payments of 216.55 the balance of which is $2417.00. I asked them i need a contract that states the end of the loan and the amount at the end of the loan and they could not supply me with the info. Then i tried to print the contract they sent me to sign, i could not print it and i could not reply to the email.

It is very clear that they are tricking me on this. It is not a deferrment but a new contract totalling $9095.10 where as i already paid them $3028.76.

If i am stupid enough to sign this contract, i would be paying them a total of $12123.86 for a loan of $2600.00

I do hope somebody is reading this. I need to know if this is legal. I do not have any money to pay atty fees but i think i would have to.
