This rip-off company charged me $12.95 when I ordered a free credit report. When I received my bank statement I called them and the representative gave me this stupid explanation about I did not cancel my membership for montoring my credit. I didn't even know I had anything like that. I ask her to refund my money, but of course she could not do that. I told her I did not o.K. Any charges that I thought the report was free, since that is what it said it was, but she said she still could not refund my money.
