I sent a complaint in on April 29 and still haven't heard from Norton. It appears on my charge statement for two charges. One is false. After reading several of the complaints, it looks like Norton has charged lots of people two times. Charging for services not ordered. Maybe the Better Business Bureau should be notified. Plus my renewed Norton says 2006 and should be 2008.
