I renewed my subscription to Norton Symantec anti-virus. The order was charged to my Mastercharge card. Unfortunately, Norton did not credit the order to my name. After the old subscription expired, I'm left w/o anti-virus protection. All my efforts to contact Norton have failed. I wrote them a letter (snail-mail) and get no response. I tried to reach their customer support service on the telephone but after 35 minutes on hold I gave up. Once I was able to call up their support web site. I wrote my problem in the indicated space. That was last week some time, but no response. No anti-virus. No nothing!
Am I forgiven for being testy?
