Putting me out of business

Well I own a small business and it is very new. I need all the money I can get. I do not have thousands of dollars to float me through. Does BB&T care NO they don't. They are charging me to death. It is always a NEW rule that they have as to why I am be charged thousands of dollas in overdraft fees.

Frist it was my credit card machine. I would batch my machine and it would hit my bank within 72 hours. It would show up as a deposit BUT the money was not really there for another 24 to 48 hours later about 2 thousand dollars later they blame it on my machine company. My machine company blames the bank. SO I stop taking credit cards (which hurt my business) I can not wait weeks for my money to REALLY be there. During this time all the items that came thorugh the bank bounced like rubber. Costing me the thousands of dollars. Did BB&T show any concern for my money NO they had none. Because again it was not the banks fault.

Then we start taking checks. It is a business and since I cant take credit cards I had to off set it some how. The first few months things went ok no charges and no mistakes. Then I go make a deposit it showed up on the internet as going in that night at midnight. As well as other debits which in turn bounced. So we go to them and ask WHY do I have chrages. They say OH well the debits came in first and then the deposit. BULL thousands of dollars later and calling everyone that did work or ever had worked for BB&T they say SORRY we made a mistake and gave me HALF my money. But not all oh no they cant give me all.

So after that things were ok for awhile. This week it happens again. I make a deposit at 9: am of 2600.00 (checks) it showed that night in the bank along with 843.00 in overdraft fees. NOW the new rule is checks that are not BB&T checks will be held for 24 to 48 hours and a GHOST deposit will show in the bank. It will pay the debits however you will be charged an overdraft fee.

These people do not care about the community. They do not care about anything but getting the overdraft fees. PLEASE DO NOT USE BB&T they are putting me out of business and I am sure I am not the only one. I can not afford this and they really do not care. They are rude and use whatever excuse they need to keep your money. They change the BANKING rules daily to suit them.instead of allowing BB&T to put us out of business we need to fight back. I know just me not using BB&T will not hurt them a bit. BUT if we all take a stand we can make them do what is right. Over the last 6 months they have taken over 5,000.00 from me. I am sick to my stomach.
