Illegal Credit Acts

I started getting phone calls at home (they stated my married last name - and I'm no longer married) so I told them that that person no longer lived here and to please contact me by mail. They didn't get it.

They proceeded to call me at work and have done so for the last 3 months - about once a day, every other week.

I have told them calmly that they are NOT to call me at work and per the Fair Credit Act, if they call again, I will be reporting their agency to the DA and anyone else I can possible think of.

I can see that there are others out there having the same difficulties. Is there any ACTION that can be taken to put these guys either out of business or to STOP them from harrassing us and others? I'm not real saavy in the law arena...

Any suggestions?
