First Consumer group, dishonest ripoff bank

I received a call that i was approved for a Visa and a Mastercard for 2000 and 2500, which i gave authorization to deduct 37.75 for 4 months starting on November 1,02 and that i would receive my credit cards in one week they gave me a contract #113616 and a pin # that i can use as soon as my credit cards came in to withdraw money if i wanted to.

They gave me their phone number which was 416-850-1762. So I called them to cancel and they were rude to me and said there ain't nothing i can do but wait for the credit cards that they were on there way.

I went to my bank on Oct. 29,02 to block them from taking the money out of my account and that's when i found out they took the money from my account on the 28th of October, they are liars they didn't withdraw 37.75 they withdrew 159.00 and i called them and finally got a hold of someone, they answered the phone she was being really nice and asked me what she could help me with and i told her what happened and then her attitude changed completely.

The lady that i spoke to said they were all in a meeting and she couldn't talk right now, call back later and she hung up on me. So I've been trying to get a hold of someone ever since and all i get is an answering machine i've left messages and they've never call me back and finally i called today and got a new number which is 416-850-5380 i've been calling and the phone has been busy and i found out today that they were working under a different name till they got shut down.

The names are First Consumer group, First Guardian Bank I hope they get these guys and put them away for being the theives that they are and i hope with this noone makes the same mistake i did
