Ripoff False promises fraudulent business rip-off

I recceived a letter in the mail with a certificate dated Oct 3. It stated that I had been approved for a platinum card with a $5000 limit and need pay only a one time fee of $45 or $49 to rush it. I sent a personal checkon 10/28/02. A few days later I received another letter telling me that they could not process the card because I had not signed the certificate. I signed it and sent it back and still do not have a credit card. Looking at this material closer I discovered that there was no phone number or web address. That is when I looked this up on the net
