Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud

I recieved a call from US GUARDIAN CONSUMERS and they told me about two credit cards (one visa and one mastercard) that they could send me with about $5,000 of credit. They debited from my bank $199.00 for both credit cards, after a month I only recieved a bunch of papers of how to get my credit repair and information that I didn't want. I was shock and I tried to call the number that they gave me and it was always busy and when I got trough an anwser machine gets the call, I left the message but nobody returns my calls.
