Overdraft of $41 Led to $390 in Fees, Only 25% Offered Back

I do admit i overdrafted, but by 41 dollars. Why am I having to pay $390 in fees? That's just ridiculous! I shouldn't have to pay $35 for an overdraft of $1.36!! I was overdrafted so much that I now can't afford to pay for my SAT's or my car insurance. They offered my 25% back but my paycheck didn't even cover my debt! Please help!
