Ripoff Rearranging Transaction to get the most overdraft charges possible

I am a single mother in a homeless program. Several times Wachovia has rearranged my transactions to allow them to collect the most overdraft fees. I have complained to them about this and they continue to do it. I can not keep my checkbook balanced when they do this. I enter my tranactions into my checkbook as they are done. I will admit that I did forget that my car insurance was coming out of my account and do owe them the 35.00 overdraft fee for that, but they took everything that was on hold before the insurance came out and overdrafted them instead of the insurance. I also have direct deposit with them and they do not post deposits before transactions or checks and also cause overdrafts. They are doing this to millions of low income people who can not afford to pay all this money.
