Ripoffs, harassing, thieves ripoff abused & mistreated ripoff business from hell rip-off liars

I have been harassed by Cross Country Bank non-stop for months now. A woman called me on my cell phone while I was driving, screaming at the top of her lungs bad mouthing me, almost caused an accident. She said to me "you are NO lady" and "you BETTER pay your bill." This all started because I was late on 1 payment.

I called them and explained that I had to have emergency surgery, my job didn't pay me while I was out of work and I needed a little help.

I had never been late on a payment before, always paid early infact, so I figured they would be willing to help out a good customer. WRONG!!!

They were so rude to me I couldn't believe it. Well, that late payment also resulted in an over the limit charge, both $30.00 so now I have 2 charges against me.

I refused to pay them and told them that I would pay off the original amount of the card and that was it, i have yet to get rid of them even after paying off the original amount.

I hope somebody can help me take some sort of legal action against them.
