Harrassing phone calls

I was in contact with Kristi Blue at Wells Fargo (investigating Dept) and she took Washington Mutual's side. I sent her copies of everything I have concerning this house and she still didn't help any. I even asked if the money they insist we owe can be attatched to the end of the loan and never heard back from her. I had her email address and now all my emails to her are rejected. I just dont know how we could still owe after I have repaid the payments since 2002 - 2005. I honestly think they think they have a all-day sucker and I'll pay as long as they threaten me but they are wrong. With they way the economy is now they are lucky to have anyone pay their mortgage. I am still sending payments in each month and they still call 20 times a day, seven days a week from 7:30am until sometimes 10:00pm.

If it wasn't for the fact that I have family (mom, dad, 2 daughters, 5 granddaughters, 2 sisters, 2 brothers and other relatives, in laws and friends) I would have the phone disconnected. My service provider even charges me
a fee for each time they call because I stopped answering. Our close friend who happens to be an attorney said it's against the law for them to continue calling after I wrote and asked them not to, and they are not suppossed to call on weekends or after 5pm weekdays. I wonder if I could sue them for harrassment/threats?
