Ripoff!

I am not sure what the h*l is going on but I checked my bank account today & found a charge for $30.00 for Benefits USA! (In addition to all of the overdraft fees created by this unauthorized transaction)
I have no affiliation with this company! Apparently, I made the dreaded mistake that most of us on this page have - applied for an online payday advance/loan & somehow "Benefits USA" gained access to my bank account.
How are they able to do this? Who is investigating this? The proof is right here!!! What do I do? I called my bank which will perform their own investigation, however, I am out a lot of money as a result of this BS! They should be sued for the mess they created!
