Usa benefits stole money out of my bank account ripoff

Before christmas, my husband was trying to get a payday loan. Over one month later, we see charges on both our savings and debit card for Usa benefits.

We did not authorize these withdrawls and we are spitting mad. The attempted savings withdrawl caused an overdraft and we also got stuck with a 20 dollar nsf fee. Oh yeah, and we never got that payday loan, and the company called us several times asking for alternative financial institutions that they could take "payment for the loan" out of them.
