Keep the chg causes OD fees & they post largest chk first to make more OD fees

I'm tired of this ripoff, BOA takes the keep the chg money out and if your account gets overdrawn they will take the largest check first and takes the small amts like $5.00 checks next so then you have to pay $35.00 NSF chgs on more checks. I called them and they said this is the way they recvd the checks, this is alot of bull because this has happened several times and coincidently all the largest amts come out first.

Today is the final straw, we live week to week on one income they took the Keep the change out and I had a 25.00 chk and a 5.01 atm withdrawal. I was 2.00 short because of keep the change (I had 23.00 left in my account) and now I have to pay $70.00 out of our meager check to these ripoffs. I have been with them for 11 years but today I will open an account with another bank.
