CREDIT CARD RIPOFF COMPANY ripoff fraud business Miami

I applied for a credit card nearly 2 months ago with CAPITAL FIRST. All i have recieved so far is a booklet. I have already called number of times trying to get them to send me a card, but no response. I have already spent 200 dollars (processing fees and activation fees). I hope someone looks into this and helps me get my money back. Thanks.
