Dirty ripoff liar fraud business

I was contacted by "Capital First" offering me a credit line of $2500. I was ask to pay $29.99 to cover the shipping and I was also ask to pay two other fees of $99.95 and $59.95 in which I paid.

I waited so long that I never got my card from those RIPOFF!"CAPITAL FIRST" and I have called so many times that they would just say "your card is coming in 2-3 weeks", or either their phone is busy all the time, hell with that. "Capital First" is a big RIPOFF! Company.
