Refuses to reciept payments

I am refinancing my house to avaiod a large adjustment. Have a lock, but will expire soon. Found an item on my credit report from Alliance One. It was for my daughters Seattle Parking tickets. On March 26 paid in full. Went through my bank that day. They promised to send a reciept ASAP.

On April 5 had not recieved the reciept.
Contacted Alliance One. They offered to send a reciept in 10 days. They said they had not sent the reciept. I indicated I needed it sooner since my lock was expiring and the rate was up. 75%. They refused to sending it sooner. Said I could come to thier office Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. I explained it would be necessary so take time off work. They said if it was important to me I should do that. I asked for any other options. They said I could drive to Seattle, 1 hour away, pay to park - $10.00 and pay at the justice Center.

So my choice is let the lock expire waiting for them to possibly send the reciept. Take time off work to Drive to their office, 25 miles from my office, or drive an hour and pay to park. THey have the money, and since my daughter did nto pay the ticket on her car, she's 25, but my name is secondary on the title, I either have to spend extra money for their inability to push the print button and add a stamp.
