Debit Fraud

While looking at my bank statement on line, I noticed a pre-authorized debit of $49.95 to a Sellers Lounge. I have no idea what this is. I certainly did not authorize a billing from them. I have reported it to the local police department and will be making a trip to my bank in the A.M. To file a report.
