I purchased their product... Mailed in the entire box they requested and sent them my reciept from Office depot... Recieved a card stating they didnt get a reciept and told me they were a third party

I purchased adobe software from office depot to get the rebate it was a birthday present best buy didnt have a rebate on their box... So i bought it at office depot i put the reciept and entire box and software box in the package to mail... It wanted a bar code so i sent the whole box... Paid extra postage to send it and a mailer... Recieved a card that said i was denied my rebate it stated i failed to sent in a barcode and reciept... I called the number on the card and asked her to look in the box/she was a third party source and simply said i didnt send it... Wouldnt let me talk to a supervisor... Belive me i drove back to office depot to get a rebate... I had a bad feeling about getting the software and asked the salesman about the rebate if i could get it in store... My advice is dont buy adobe and who ever the 3 party vendor is... Cant verify any thing or offer any solution...
