NSF Fees in Pending status and approved PC purchases when funds not available

I have ammassed over $4000 dollars in NSF fees with BOA within the last year. Having been a customer for over 2 years without any returned checks, my family fell on hard times. Scruitining our online statements revealed that I was being chaged NSF fees, for pending items, which even occurred at midnight, the same day my Direct Deposit was placed into my account.

Also funds that were placed on a 10 day hold, (which i was not informed would be placed on hold) PayCheck from a fortune 500 company, were released to Bank of America in 3 days, however were not credited to my account and incurred addtional NSF Fees.

I have never sued or taken part in a lawsuit, however this has been very well documented and I would welcome the opprotunity.
