It's NOT Me!

These idiots have been calling me for 1 year trying to reach the people who had the number before I did. I have begged, whined, bitched, yelled, talked nice, trying to get them to take me off the list. They apologize and promise to make a note in the file. One male even said, "There, now it is gone from the file forever!" Lair, liar!
I have tried to locate these missing folks so I could give a forwarding number, but they have disappeared from sight.

They call a minimum of 3 times per week and sometimes 3 times per day. I have never had a B.O.A. Account, and now I most certainly will not EVER have one.
I sleep days sometimes and they are harassing me to no end over something that is not even my business to begin with!
How do I get them to stop?
