RIPOFF Phone Harassment

I always know when it's time for my Bank of America credit card payment because they begin the harassing phone calls a week prior to my due date. They call morning, noon and night and just HANG UP! The caller id reads "Bank of America, " and they just hang up on me. They call in the middle of the night and wake up my kids and in the middle of the day... On average 5-6 times a day for a week. I try to be polite when I answer, and say "hello... Hello, " and they don't say anything. If I just hang up on them, they'll call back repeatedly. Would someone please let me know what I can do to make this stop?! I'm not a delinquent customer. Why are they harassing me?
