Ripoff fraudulent ripoff business

I got a letter in the mail saying I was approved for a Platinum card for 45.00 or 49.00 to rush it to me. I paid the 49.00.

I gpr a consumer first Package with a catalog. Ok I figure that it didn't sat visa or master card but with the package i go a letter telling me everytime I order something I had to pay a down payment plus shipping. This is the example they gave me:

Order something for $119.00 the doen paymentr is $51.93. Plus 15% for shipping cost. Which is $7.78 you will have to send $59.71 (downpayment plus shipment
