Ripoff, false Late charges, charged twice for Legal fees dishonest ripoffs Orlando Florida

When I became Disabled in 7/200 I called Ocwen and asked them to work with me as I had a 6 month waiting period for Benefits, They flat out told me No. I missed 3 payments in the 6th month period and they started to forclose. They Put me on a forbrance plan. My monthy Payment was $802.00. I had to send 2600.00 down payment and pay 1201.00 for 6 months. Then they tried to bill me for the legal fees which were included in the Forbarance plan, I got that cleard up and then they tried to Charge me Late fees which were also in the forbarance Plan. I will be refinanceing tomorrow, However these People are not just rude on the phone you get a different answer from each rep.

They Need to be shut Down
