Total Visa Stealing our hard earned money!

Myself and my husband both have total visa cards... We have had all sorts of problems with customer service from internet issues to payment issues to harrassment issues to rude employees... You name it... We have made our payments and are up to date, yet the cards never work... My husband has talked to them once (because they refused to talk to me about his account) and advised them that I handle the bills in our home and they would need to talk to me when I needed information about the account... They gave a fax number and advised us to fax a letter stating same information signed by him and it would not be a problem... We did so... When we did not recieve next statement and I called to get balance info and payment due date (because for some reason it always changes) they got very rude with me and told me they could not talk to me about the account... Advised them that we had sent in the requested fax 2 months ago and I had talked with someone there last month and the info was no problem... I guess maybe the newbie employees dont know that they are supposed to be rude and nasty to customers. They then refused to talk to me at all until my husband calls them (this is a major issue the way he works).. They have now stopped his card from working. When we call automated line, his balance is about $100.00 higher than it should be. Resent the fax tried to call them again... They gave me the same junk again. Got supervisor on the line, she is dumber than the calltakers! They have also fixed the online so that we cant view the balance on line to see what is going on with this... My card has also been stopped from working... My account also cant be viewed on line... They are just trying to stop us anyway they can... Wont tell either of us why the balance is off... Have had enough of this. They are pirates... They are thieves... They wil rob you blind... They wont provide you any history of your account... You never recieve the statements that they supposedly send out... No one wil try to help you on the phone... The last time that I talked with them last week, I finally go tvery angry and before I said something I shouldnt, I hung up the phone... Justhung up on them. Had to go get aspirin these people give me a headache every month... That afternoon, i received 3 calls from them... The first two i was hung up on when I answered... Immediately called back and was put on hold forever... The third call, the female on the other end said this is how it feels to be hung up on, then laughed... And hung up... I called back again and when I got them back on the line, I said this is what you do when you have an a—hole on the other end of the line and I hung up. I did not laugh. It amazes me that these people think that when you are desperately trying to pay a bill and keep your balances straight it is funny to harrass you and be mean and ugly... It is amazing to me that any company would allow such antics... I wish someone would do something about this... My bill is current, I have available funds on both cards and I guess I am paying this so that I will have a little rectangular flat piece of plastic to scrape the ice off of my windshield with!!! Cant use it for anything else... Is this legal??? And as far as their issue with talking to me about husbands account... Does fair debt collections not state that you can talk to a spouse about (spouses) account?
