I send an email to this place on a Saturday and told them on that email that for personal reasons I ha closed my checking account and that I would call them on Monday 9/26 with payment information. My payment was due on Sunday 9/25 but I knew they would try to take it out on Monday. On Monday I couldn't get my balance online so I planned to call and ask for my balance, count my money and call them back. So I called 8008844001 and a collection agent answered. I asked her for my balance, she told me my balance, then it was quiet for a few seconds and I told her thank you and hung up.

I was counting my money at home and the same agent called me and threatened me that she will add more fees to my balance because I was rude to her. I told her I was not rude to her, that I told her thank you and hung up. She insisted on what she had said and hung up on me. I then decided to call the same number to see if I could talk to another agent about what she had said and with my luck I got her again on the phone and I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said that she was the supervisor and I hung up on her.

I then decided to send an email to customercare@cashadvancenetwork.com since it was on my loan email reciept along with customercare@mypaydayadvance.com but I decided to use the first email. And wrote that like a complaint with all the details. And someone called me back around 2:15pm Denver CO time. She was nice but she only gave me paying information she never apologized about the other agent that had threatened me. I asked her if the balance was the same and if there were no extra fees like the last agent said and she said that the balance was the same.

I was happy with the loan, and how I was treated at first, not so happy with the payments, but it helped me in hard times. But, I am not happy at all with the agent that called me on 9/26 between 11:30am-11:45am and threatened me and was rude to me. I felt like if I was talking with someone from Jr. High School. I had told the last agent that I will call on Tuesday with my debit info and I just hope I don't talk to the same person I did today that threatened me. With people like that, how can you trust them. I don't plan to use this lending company anymore, I don't trust this company because of a rude agent. I am just glad that most of my contact info has changed and so is my account number. How can you work with rude people like that. Not even an apology. They should be glad that I called them and planned to pay and worry about the people that don't call.
