The person called me at work and harassed me and the owner of the company calling us liars and said that I had a loan out for $200 back in 2004 and now he wants $9109.00

This gentleman called me at work and was harrassing me wanting my bank account information for a loan that he said I took out in 2004 for $200. He wanted my routing number and acoount number for a debt amoutn of $9109.00, how ridiculios is this. I asked him to fax over paperwork stating all of this information and he said that he was unable to do this. I had to basically beg him for the address so I could give this information to my attorney because I'm in the process of filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Thsi is uncalled for and not very professional. Aren't the violating the fair debt collection law???
