I am so disappointed what BB&T have done to me. It has been twice they charged me with ridiculous fees. The first one was unused debit card fee, apparently if you don't use your debit card - you will be charge! So I end up just cancel the debit card. Then, this time they charged me with "Return statement fee". I have moved and forgot to change the address, and they did not notify me by email nor they sent a message to my online account. Anyway, I just feel that they try really really hard to digg money from customers. Though they earned some money, but definitely they lose my trust with them. I swear I will never bank with them!
