Ripoff, unsolicited charge on otherwise UNUSED Debit card Internet

I DO NOT use my checking acct debit card, and this is what was charged for a credit report - that I wouldn't even know how to access!!! I called the company via the number included on the charge, and they promised to call back within 24 hours - HA! If it had shown up on one of my frequently used credit cards from online (which I have protected with different credit card numbers to use online) I might think I had inadvertantly ordered it, but this debit card is otherwise unused except as a check card.
