When first approached about TransTech they offered such a great package and the best part about it was they provided all the leads. What a scam. 99.9999% of the leads were bogus. The customers were upset because they told the telemarketer that they were not interested and even would hang up the phone on them. Then after every call you had to call in using your cell phone minutes so that your "team leader" who was just another call center manager would verify your stop.

My "Team Leader" had a hard time with the English language and couldn't read very well. On top of that he was so argumentative that it was almost impossible to keep a good attitude. After a week and spending about 150.00 in gas I decided that this company was full of you know what.

When I talked to Nate instead of wishing me luck like an adult would he acted like an immature, inexperienced punk that he is. Trying to pick a fight over the phone. Berating me about my selling skills, although I have 10 years in the field and this was something to do before I moved to TN.in addition to that it took this selling guru 3 months to close his first deal. I don't think it's ever taken me that long to close any deal. Even when I was selling Industrial chemicals to Mulit Million dollar companies.

People just stay away from this company and Don't Waste your time. They have ads running all the time and in every state. That's because their turn over rate is about 98%. Unfortunately I'm a college educated person who had to deal with uneducated monkeys.
