1st Financial Bank USA Chaging Automated Payment Dates Without Permission

Where do I start. 1st Financial Bank has taken two automated payments out of my checking account on dates that absolutely were not approved by me. The first time it happened they claimed that the billing cycle changed. This is ridiculous because the payment set up date has always been on the same date each month for two years and all of the sudden it changed without me knowing? I had 300 dollars in overdraft fees not to mention that they would not reimburse me for any of it. They claimed that I agreed to it but they did not have a copy of the conversation for me to view or listen to, but on the recording it says that all calls are recorded for monitoring purposes. After the first incident I canceled all automated payments with them.

One year later I go back to automated payments. Stupid me for trusting that they could get it right. I had the representative set up all of my payments for the 11th of each month. The month of March rolls around and I discover that they have once again taken out a payment not on the due date. It caused me to overdraft. I called them and the Representative claims that I agreed to the arrangment, but they can't pull up the recorded conversation. She also goes on to say that theres nothing she can do. I request to cancel my automated payments but the Rep says that my interest rate will increase if do not use the automated payment system!

The representatives are rude and take no responsibility for they're mistakes. This company is bad buisness. They don't correct their mistakes and they blackmail you. Stay clear of 1st Financial Bank USA!
