Screws me again Boise

Once again US bank bends me over. The last time I had to deal with these clowns was when they lowered my credit limit to below the amount I had on my card and then charged me an over limit fee. When I called to say what in the heck are you doing the scumbag on the phone told me it was my fault for making too many charges in a short period of time. I was too dumbfounded to come up with a response to that one.

On Monday they raised my APR from 13.5% to 31.25% and charged me $219 in interest which once again put me over my limit. I called and they reduced my interest back to 13.5% but that $219 is gone.in the mean time I noticed the amount I had on my credit limit was going up approx $7 a day. I asked what that was about and I was told my cash advances were compounded daily and I was paying $280 a month for special higher interest on my "cash advances".

I have never taken a "cash advance" ever. This was their pet name for when I would transfer money from my line of credit to my checking account. I just paid over $500 in one month to these rapists and I am in the market for a different bank.By the way US bank says it has 5 star customer service. What would they consider to be poor customer sevice? Would their employees come to my house and beat me as they steal the cash from my wallet? I am officially in the market for a real bank. Is there such a thing as a bank that doesn't charge massive fees for anything and everything they can think of?
