Ripoff Items paid for but never received

I bought items from the owner of this webstore under a special "wholesale" price. The items were never received.
I've written to the "company" (from what I understand its just a woman and her daughter) through 2 different email addresses, 2 auction sites and even to her home address and still have yet to get so much as a reply.
