Wrong credit information

I've been rejected twice now from my paypal account related to ge bank... That will be completely bogus. I appeared up my creditreports at my expense and that i have excellent credit... I requested a paypal plus card along with a ebay mastercard and was refused equally occasions... They stated it was due to equifax... But there's absolutley nothing on any of my credit reports to guarantee this... Ive invested all day and my own money with no you can tell me something... Of program iam very angry about that whole scenario... I dont know who at fault is paypal... Ge lender or equifax but i plan to get to the bottom of the... And i dont want my credit impacted since somebody clearly made a big error...
